Joe Tertel manages and leads the digital marketing initiatives for the Rite Aid Online Store and all email marketing initiatives across the company. He’s responsible for driving qualified website visitors to Rite Aid’s online properties to increase awareness of in-store initiatives and increasing online revenue from the Rite Aid Online Store. Tertel leads the development and measurement of Rite Aid’s multi-channel e-commerce marketing strategy and promotional roadmap. He manages the execution of Rite Aid’s e-commerce marketing channels and campaigns, such as paid search, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, product listing ads, email marketing, social media marketing, display ads and marketplace advertising. He’s responsible for the management, process improvements, promotion, automation, and success of Rite Aid’s email lists and channel to drive in-store and online revenue to grow Rite Aid’s base of omnichannel customers.
In 2016, the Rite Aid Online Store received the Magento Growth Award for demonstrating an extraordinary year-over-year growth rate across all marketing channels.
